Public bug reported:

In /usr/share/applications I have 2 starters for my application:
"NetBeans IDE 8.0" (/bin/sh "/usr/local/netbeans-8.0/bin/netbeans")
"NetBeans IDE 8.0 (root)" (gksudo /bin/sh
"/usr/local/netbeans-8.0/bin/netbeans")
In /home/user/.share/applications I have 1 starter for the same application:
netbeans_ide_8_0.desktop (/usr/lib/jvm/java-7-openjdk-amd64/bin/java .....
--userdir /root/.netbeans/8.0)
In /home/user/.share/icons I have 1 icon for the application:
netbeans_ide_8_0.png

When I type "NetBeans" into Dash, I see all 3. When I choose the 2nd one, my
application starts fine.
I now klick "Remain in Starter" on the icon in the Unity bar and close the
application.
When after I try to start my application from this icon, I get the attached
error message, the same, as if I would use the 3rd from the Dash.

Notwithstanding, the 3rd starter is broken, probably left over from an
incomplete installation, the correct starter should be copied to the
Unity bar.

P.S.: Please excuse, that I was not able to find the correct project for
this bug report!!!
