Bug description:
I'm running Ubuntu 13.04 64bit. I can add an SIP account, but cannot
edit the detailed settings.
empathy - 3.6.4-0ubuntu4
account-plugin-sip - 3.6.4-0ubuntu4
telepathy-rakia - 0.7.4-1ubuntu1
