The PPDs are generated by foomatic-db. I have fixed this upstream now,
so that the fix will appear in one of the next foomatic-db packages in
Ubuntu.

Hello,
This printer is shown by the system to be capable of 1200dpi which is
not true, maximum is 600x600 dpi.
This is the tech specs as presented by Lexmark:
