Bug description:
After flashing latest image from today, I noticed that on the first
boot the wlan0 device has it state reported as 'unavailable' and thus
no WiFi connection is possible.
urfkill verion: 0.6.0~20140708.110711.a0581f3-0ubuntu1
$ nmcli d
