Title:
HDMI causes an Unknown display appear

Status in “nvidia-prime” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Release of Ubuntu:
  Description: Ubuntu 14.04 LTS
  Release: 14.04
  Package version :
  nvidia-prime/trusty,now 0.6.2 amd64 [installed]

I'm using the HDMI port that it is connected with the nvidia card, and
then appears an Unknown display, when turned off, theres this weird
behavior in maximized windows, and when turned on, alot of windows
  open in that display.

The attachments are an image of the weird behavior, and the xrandr.
VGA-0 is the Unknown display, because I haven't connected another
  monitor besides the HDMI one.

To solve this weird behavior I've to turn off the integrated display
  of my laptop.

Anything that I can do to help.

  Cheers.
