Bug description:
You must follow this steps to reproduce the bug:
1. Focus the desktop (or Files (nautilus) window, or System Settings window
or etc).
2. Press menu key and you'll see that a context menu appears.
3. Go to the second step and you see a new context menu over the previous
one. (You can note this if you look at its shadow).
