Okay, Chris, a big thanks for this!

I found it and just deleted the pre-installed XFCE combo and now it
works.

Nevertheless, such shortcut key combos should work without touching the system 
in this way.
It is not beginner friendly nor a good behavior that it works dependent on the 
program which is active...
