Title:
Proxy gets disabled if "Use the same proxy for all protocols" checkbox
  is unchecked

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools

I have a proxy defined in the network proxy dialog.
If I uncheck the "Use the same proxy for all protocols" checkbox I no longer
have Internet access.
If I check the box again, my connections gets back.

This means that the dialog changes the system without the user
pressing an "ok" button and that the proxy gets disabled if the box in
  unchecked.
