ring tone should be out from both speaker and earphone as phone call,
but it only from speaker.

Test Procedure:
* plugin earphone to nexus 4 (both two wired and three wired earphone are
tested)
* make a phone call to nexus 4
Expected result:
* Ring tone comes out from both speaker and earphone
Current result:
* Ring tone comes out from only speaker.
