Bug description:
A concern was raised on the bug #1067534 of uncertain consequences to
people who have played with ccsm settings using a stable release.
Therefore the fixes should be reverted from Unity 6.0 and Compiz 0.9.8
branches.

< didrocks> Mirv: once the value is set by default, there is no
"look at the xml for resolving dependency" done by
compiz

you open ccsm and enable/disable a plugin
