Bug description:
When trying to use the filepicker service in openoffice under kde, I have a
message saying that the external filepicker is missing.
That issue can be easily reproduced by creating a dialogbox, inserting a
filepicker control, previewing the dialogbox and clicking on the control.
I have tried the official intrepid version (2.4.1) and the ppa's one (3.0)
and none works.
