[ooo-build] SVG invisible when inserted to document, in exported PDF

Bug description:
Put the test SVG into clean document. Image is invisible immediately, and
also in exported PDF
file. If PNG is created from the SVG, it is both displayed and exported
correctly.
The bug is reported upstream too, however OOo claims, that the bug is
not related to vanilla OOo package, and Ubuntu uses some other build
that is out of their scope.
