Bug description:
  Odd quirk.

NUMLOCK LED after login but goes out if you touch a special key i.e.
SHIFT but numeric keypad still outputs numbers.

Ubuntu Gnome 13.10 dev as of 2013-09-19.

    - Observe NUMLOCK LED is on.
    - Hit SHIFT key.
    - NUMLOCK LED turns off.
    - Open a terminal or app of your choice to type into and use numeric
keypad. The output will be numbers.

Hitting NUMLOCK key twice corrects behaviour.
