This is a tiny trivial thing; in
/usr/lib/pm-utils/sleep.d/98smart-kernel-video
there is the function have_smart_intel
It contains the code:

--quirk-vga-mode3 \

--quirk-vbestate-restore \

Note the repetition of quirk-vbe-post - I don't think that's intended (I'm
not sure if there
is an alternate entry that should be there).
