Please sync libvncserver 0.9.9+dfsg-6 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* No change rebuild against gnutls28.
* Drop the libpng12-dev build conflict, relying instead on a better
--without-png configure flag.
* Patch acinclude.m4 for ppc64el.
* Fix build failure with -Wformat-security.
* Enable verbose build.
* Patch acinclude.m4 for ppc64el.
* Fix build failure with -Wformat-security.
* Enable verbose build.
Everything merged in debian.
Changelog entries since current utopic version 0.9.9+dfsg-5ubuntu3:
libvncserver (0.9.9+dfsg-6) unstable; urgency=medium

libgnutls-dev and libgcrypt11-dev (Closes: #753126).
- Point Homepage field to the new home page.
