Bug description:
I am trying to publish photos to flickr but I am getting a 403 forbidden
error when trying to do so from Shotwell (v0.18.0).
I have tried to delete and re enter the user from Ubuntu online accounts .
But the issue remains unchanged.

The permissions for Shotwell are enabled in flickr settings.
