I see the same problem on Openbox. The system is configured with minimal Ubuntu server + openbox + chromium-browser. When I return from pm- suspend, Chromium stops responding for most part. I can still click on each tab and the title updates but the tabs don't switch. If I close the window and re-run chromium-browser, I get a window with transparent background. There is no way to enter url.

All other windows work fine. The bug does not occur with all suspends, I suspect that Chromium has to be the active window before the suspend.
