It returns "true" when I run this command. I resolved this problem by run this command: "gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.lockdown disable-lock-screen false"
I copied guest session's home dir(/tmp/GuestXXX/*) to administrator's dir(/home/admin/*) a few days ago, and this let admin account disabled lock_screen, because guest session has disabled the lock_screen function by default.
