Bug description:
Upgrade from Ubuntu 12.04 to 14.04: tex-common not installed, since package
was reported as non functionable.
After the first restart following uppgrade, also an error with apport-gtk was
reported: EOF error when reading a compressed file. Could this be related to
the tex problem?
