Public bug reported:

On Firefox 35a1, using e10s window, you can reproduce this bug by:
1. open a tab
2. go to some url (let's say www.mozilla.org)
3. open the Responsive Design View (from Tools / Webdeveloper, or using the
hotkey Ctrl+Shift+M). The webpage will be resized
4. if you try to leave the Responsive Design View (from the menu or using the
hotkey) you will get a new Responsive Design View in the same tab. Using the
close button will have no effect

If you open a new non-e10s window, the bug doesn't appear.

when pressing the close button.
