Problem still persists even on 4.0.6.2. Advice in comment #10 (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libreoffice/+bug/1118946/comments/10) it helping but not solving the problem.
Advice in comment #10 is definitely minimizing the manifestation. Previously, I used to have multiple lines disappear on every page. Even if I went back to the page hoping the text would appear, most of the time the text wouldn't appear. I sometimes had to enter spaces to cause the paragraph to reformat, which most of the time would work, but not every time. Now with Advice in comment #10, I have 1 paragraph disappearing in every 3 or 4 pages.
