Bug description:
The patch 0001-Port-to-GMenuModel-and-add-menu-bar.patch[1] adds among
others the popup-menus.ui file[2] to the source, but it does not add
it to the list of translatable files in POTFILES.in. This causes about
20 user visible strings to be not translatable.
