After upgrading Kubuntu from 12.04 to 14.04, a lot icons dont show up
anymore, ie at the tab "open new tab" there is only a little white
field and a red X at this place. Also all "Folder icons at the bookmarks
only have a white field with a red x instead the folder icon.
