Hello Dmitry, or anyone else affected, Accepted gnome-panel into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and be available at http://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome- panel/1:3.8.0-1ubuntu12.2 in a few hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
