Title:
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb-media-players.rules has udev syntax error:
needs trailing newline
Status in “media-player-info” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
I’m seeing this error messages in my logs every few seconds:
systemd-udevd[416]: invalid key/value pair in file
/lib/udev/rules.d/40-usb-media-players.rules on line 26,starting at
character 25 ('m')
The problem is that this file is missing a trailing newline, which is
considered by udev to be a syntax error. Adding a trailing newline
makes the message go away.
