Try using QtCurve. (It's german, sorry:
http://wiki.ubuntuusers.de/GTK%2B_Anwendungen_unter_KDE?redirect=no )

1) Install QTCurve
2) Open System Settings
3) Select Application Appearance
4) Select GTK
5) Change the GTK2 theme to QTCurve

Title:
Eclipse crashes with 'oxygen-gtk' theme enabled

Status in “gtk2-engines-oxygen” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
Every time I have Eclipse crashed when I create an Android project.
After some investigations I discovered it is due to 'oxygen-gtk'
theme. Eclipse works fine with others but I'd like it to look like
  native Qt apps.
