+ header-bar/toolabr menu along with traditional menubar
  
  3. Some other portion of gtk header-bar/toolabr menu remains on the
  application window ( single drop-down menu)which are also in traditional

  But it is supposed to export only traditional horizontal menu to unity
  panel as described in the bug report bug #1131664
