steps to reproduce
1. create a firefox profile in maverick
2. copy it to oneiric
actual:
it has no global menu integration even though I'm using oneiric
expected:
it has global menu integration, because I'm using oneiric

the global menu integration is for profiles created after lucid (so natty or
oneiric)
