Ubuntu 14.10 AMD64 Draft Messages and Sent Messages folders now stay as On This Computer rather than changing every restart, and this has been working for over a week. This works fine for the remainder of your session. A grep Folder= ~/.config/evolution/sources/* will confirm the change. Now quit Evolution and restart it - the settings will immediately switch to the Drafts and Sent Items folders on your Exchange server. This can be confirmed by the above grep. I would expect the settings to be unchanged by a restart. 100% repeatable, and annoying if you prefer to keep your mail locally.
