Bug description:
Steps:(When the language is Chinese)
1. click "System Menu" icon->Universal Access->Typing
2. open "On Screening Keyboard"
3. Click Onborad Icon in panel->Preferences->Layout
4. click items in Core layouts->About
-->Failed. There is no details in "About Layout". Please refer to the
picture.
