I have installed Ubuntu on several computers the last years, and I have
experienced this bug in most of the installations. So annoying: Why not
just make the window 2px bigger to fit the image on 100%.

Bug description:
  the images which can fit the eog window with 100% zoom will be opened
  with 99% zoom - seem blurry, the eog windows must be resized each
  time.
