well, there you have it. your user does not have access to read the
directories and files. how do you expect a process that is run with your
privileges to get around that?
this a user error and thus invalid.
You can fix the problem one by one with "sudo chown -R user
$problemdirectory" (look at the output of the find command)

Bug description:
Calling baobab as normal user and analysing the home
folder(/home/user) makes baobab informing the user that /home/user
or included subfolders could not be read.
See attached screenshot(german language).
Steps to reproduce:
1.Call baobab
2.Analyse the home folder of the default user
3.See the error message in baobab descibed above.
Additional:
There are some files in /home/user created by sudo, but no folders
itself.
