It's a bit strange. There is a lot of peoples, who need support of cue sheet. There is a few open source players for Linux with proper cue sheet support (Audacious, DeaDBeeF, qmmp) - Rhythmbox and GStreamer developers can use code from this player for implement cue sheet support in Rhythmbox. Users ask Rhythmbox developers about that last five years (looks like the first time it happened here: http://www.mail-archive.com/rhythmbox-devel@gnome.org/msg02395.html ), but support of cue sheet still not implement in Rhythmbox. Even Amarok have basic cue sheet support since version 2.3. So, maybe it's a time for cooperate Rhythmbox and GStreamer developers and add cue sheet support to Rhythmbox?
