Bug description:
screen don't lock when i press ctrl+alt+L on russian keyboard layout.
Somtimes, when i press ctrl+alt+L screen don't lock, keyboard layout
applet show me "en", but if i press keys for change keyboard layout
twice and then press ctrl+alt+L screen is locking.
I think hotkeys must work independently from keyboard layout.
