Update the descriptions for all the scope previews in the App Lens
(both local and server side) to begin with “This is an Ubuntu search
plugin that enables information from [source name] to be searched and
displayed in the Dash underneath the [master scope name] header. If
you do not wish to search this content source, you can disable this
search plugin.”
