The new version fixes some bugs and slowness/leak issues, it would be good to
get in
* Test Case:
Use evolution, view emails in text and html format, write some, check that
everything keeps working
* Regression Potential:
there are only a few extra fixes in those version, potential for issues
should be limited
Note: gtkhtml is part of GNOME and has a standing MRE for SRUs
