Bug description:
  If a window is maximized and you pull it down from the top panel,
  without leaving the left mouse button if you move the window again to
  the top it gets back into the panel but this time there is not Orange
  overlay for the Grid shown.

  is that desired behavior or should that be changed ?

  =====Original Report=====
  Forgive me if the terminology is incorrect.

  The graphic in unity 5.0 that appears when you touch a window to the
  top of the screen works fine.(Snap Preview, the orange box that
  appears)

  However

  If you drag it off full screen and then decide to put it back right
  after, the graphic does not show up. It just immediately goes to
  fullscreen instead of having the orange snap preview box appear.

  Not sure if this is intentional , but it seems inconsistent.
