Evolution - Send Later

Bug description:
Earlier Evolution was configured such that all mails went into the
outbox and these were sent later when I wanted them to be sent.
I am now using Ub 11.10 with all the updates and I cannot find a way
to configure Evolution to keep all emails in my outbox until I am
ready to send the. Now Evolution sends each mail as soon I it is
completed.
Is there a way to configure Evolution to send the mail to my outbox
and then send it to the receipient when I want to?
any suggestions

Evolution 3.10, shipped with Ubuntu 14.04 - has no such feature.
