This bug left me unable to login, as lightdm fails and shows only black/blank screen as in bug #868516. I think the importance should be changed to High. As a workaround for Mythbuntu users command: sudo nano /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf and configure: autologin-user=<YOUR-USERNAME> autologin-user-timeout=0 user-session=mythbuntu
