I was rather confused by the second "System Settings" one with clock like gears which appeared, so I right-clicked on it for more information: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1409434/+attachment/4295711/+files/System_Settings_Gear_Details.bmp I then went and opened this seconds "System Settings" which said that it is used for phones, tablets and convergent devices. And this is what I got: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/xorg/+bug/1409434/+attachment/4295712/+files/System_Settings_Phone.bmp I also went into each section and it really looked like those were the settings for a phone, it even had a vibration mode which was on, and lots of settings to do with mobile networks. I also have a VM running the same up-to-date version of Ubuntu that I have and that does not have this second "System Settings installed on it, so it is probably not something that is meant to be installed there in some update or something.
