Bug description:
  I encountered this bug when trying to replicate bug #822993.

  How to reproduce:
  1) Open nautilus as root: 'gksudo nautilus'
  2) Right click on a folder/file owned by normal user -> Properties

  Expected result:
   - Properties window

  What happens
   - Nautilus crashes with error:  
ERROR:nautilus-properties-window.c:1836:schedule_owner_change_timeout: 
assertion failed: (NAUTILUS_IS_FILE (file))

  Nautilus 1:3.6.3-0ubuntu16
