hotkey to start rhythmbox doesnt work

Bug description:
when i use 'launch media player' keyboard shortcut or run command 'rhythmbox',
while rhythmbox runing and is hided - the icon appears on the unity panel
(and 'dancing') , but windows
doesn't show.
