This is strange, the new package/version indeed does not seem to fix the problem.
I've previously tested 3.14.1 with the ubuntu patches and my own patch on top of it and that worked fine in Xubuntu. Maybe some problem with the patch/packaging? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Desktop Packages, which is subscribed to evince in Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1422354 Title: Show traditional titlebar when maximized with no GtkHeaderBar present Status in Evince document viewer: New Status in evince package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: The maximized evince window does not have a titlebar in Xfce. $ apt-cache policy evince evince: Installed: 3.14.1-0ubuntu3 Candidate: 3.14.1-0ubuntu3 Version table: *** 3.14.1-0ubuntu3 0 500 http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ vivid/main i386 Packages 100 /var/lib/dpkg/status To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/evince/+bug/1422354/+subscriptions -- Mailing list: https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages Post to : desktop-packages@lists.launchpad.net Unsubscribe : https://launchpad.net/~desktop-packages More help : https://help.launchpad.net/ListHelp
