Title:
HP DV6 2150EE Battery Not Discharging Correctly
Status in gnome-power-manager package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager
Ubuntu 10.10 64bit.
Hardware: i5-M520, Nvidia GT230M
After battery fully charged, It was unplugged from power adapter and let it
discharge.
When discharging first battery level starts from 22%. And the continues
discharging.
I'm also using Windows 7 X64 as dual-boot and it there no problem with
battery charging and discharging.

I don't know why this problem is coming. But what I know is the battery will
not start to discharge from 100%-90%. It will start nearly 20%-30% and keep in
power 20-25 mins. It is very annoying. But In Windows 7 it'll stay nearly 2 1/2
hrs.
