A tooltip pops up when dragging the icon of a web site from firefox

Bug description:
Their should be no tooltip when dragging the icon from the URL bar to the
shortcut bar. The tooltip that pops up is annoying a requets to move on the
right of it to drop the icon.
No tooltip where it's useless ! The Windows and Mac OS X version of Firefox
won't display any tooltip here.
