tabs height changes

Bug description:
Binary package hint: firefox
If you have exactly 9 tabs open in firefox and want to close one of those
tabs, the tabbar gets slightly smaller in the height.
The other way around, if you have 8 tabs and open another tab, the tabbar
gets slightly bigger in the height.
I would count it as a "papercut" but I don't know if it's easy to fix this
problem.
I think it has to be a bug in the xul-interface.
