I've uploaded 20.1 to oneiric-proposed with this fix. This bug is a regression from 11.04, which did show the strings as translated.
To test: 0) install language-pack-gnome-fr 1) run "LANGUAGE=fr gnome-control-center deja-dup" 2) look at the "Next backup" value.
