When I try to print the document with evince page 1 and 2 are printed correctly while pages 3-6 are white paper. Bursting the document and printing them as single page pdfs resulted in white pages again. I was able to print the document with okular. I use a Samsung ML-1640 connected to a Thinkpad T500 and was able to reproduce the bug on a 2nd system a Dell D620 also connected to a Samsung ML-1640.
