You cannot restore them from anywhere. If you have a bottom bar enabled in Gnome3 (where minimize applications can be clicked to be restored), you will see that #4 the remmina window exists and then vanishes it as the minimize animation finishes Expected: Minimizing should place the opened windows in the "Window list" or similar where one can click on them to restore their use.
