Title:
Thumbnail plugin: Window title text is rendered into transparency and
  glow/background are too large

Status in Compiz:
  Fix Released
Status in compiz package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  How to reproduce:

  Enable CCSM->Window Previews
Hover over an running application icon on your dock/launcher/taskbar
Notice that the window title text is rendered into a transparent rectangle
and the black window like background or glow is rendered around the live
preview and the title text

  Desired Solution:

  * The text should have its own background (rounded rectangle like
worspacenames has for example)
  * Text background color and transparency should be configurable via CCSM and
have a sane default setting
  * The window-like-background/glow height should be reduced and it should just
be rendered around the live window preview
  * Ideally the distance between the thumbnail live window preview and the
text+rounded background should be adjustable as well (currently const unsigned
short TEXT_DISTANCE = 10;)
